Red Panda Sorrel, most commonly used in France, is a unique, open-pollinated herb variety with deep maroon-colored stems and veins. Whether growing in the garden or indoors as a tasty microgreen, Red Panda Sorrel is a leafy baby green that has a distinctive lemony flavor and vibrant colors making it a favorite to add to many culinary dishes. With its sweet and tart taste, Sorrel adds a burst of flavor to soups, salads, and sauces. It’s also been used by many to make delicious herbal tea.
